Today, the civil servants of Wangduephodrang Dzongkhag Administration attended interactive meetings with the RCSC Commissioner Dasho Lobzang Dorji. The morning Session was attended by Dzongdag and 80 civil servants of the Dzongkhag followed by afternoon session with 37 Principals and HODs of the schools.
Dasho Commissioner shared brief History, Transformation, reforms and achievements initiated by RCSC.
The main focus was on Strategic Roadmap for 10 years to bring achievements of the E2B10X by achieving the 5 strategic Thrust Areas which pinned down to high impact leadership, high performance workforce, talented Entrepreneurial professional, motivated civil servants and innovative civil service
Afternoon session was purely focused on the topic 'MaX (Performance Management System) for Civil Servants mainly discussing of IWP planning, monitoring and evaluation phases. Most importantly, the focus was on the school moderation, its impacts, its challenges and issues.
There was a fruitful interactive session on moderation with school committee members.
