Coinciding with the World Water Day, and as a part of the Nationwide River Cleaning Initiative, Wangdue Dzongkhag carried out river cleaning along the Punatsangchu Basin, Dangchu River and Gangtey-Phobji steams.
Teams comprising of staff and officials from all Regional offices, RBA, RBP, DeSuups, Dratshang, PHPA I and PHPA II, Gewogs and Dzongkhag Administration took part in this important national Initiative.
