Wangdue Dzongkhag joins the nation in celebrating the 10th Birthday Anniversary of HRH the Gyalsey.
Offering of butter lamps, prayers, Zhabten along with cake cutting was held at the Kuenrey of Wangdue Dzong, along with Ryeu Sangchhoe at Pelela.
