His Excellency Sandeep Arya, the Ambassador of India to Bhutan met with Dasho Dzongdag, Dzongrab of Wangdue Phodrang Dzongkhag, along with representatives from the monastic body and sector heads. During the visit, Dasho Dzongdag briefed His Excellency and team on the economic and developmental initiatives being undertaken in the Dzongkhag.
His Excellency visited bilateral cooperation projects under PTA and HICDP funding being implemented in the 13th Five-Year Plan, including the Farmers’ Market and the revival of the Gangtey–Phobjikha biking trail.
