It is 22 kms away from Bajo town and just 300 meters away from gewog center. It caters its services to 3 gewogs; Gasetshogom, Gasetshowom and Nahi. It looks after 1 central school, 2 primary schools, a Shedra and lobdra with three out reach clinics.

Now Gaselo BHU looks after Gasetshogom gewog and some Chiwogs from Gasetshowom as both the gewogs got sub post each in the year 2017 and 2018 respectively.

We have one Health Assistant, one Assistant Nurse, one Menpa and a caretaker.

We focused on 30% curative side and 70% health promotion.
