We are excited to launch an invigorating aerobics program in Bajo, designed for students, civil servants, business owners, and the general public. This initiative aims to cultivate a vibrant, health-conscious community.

Starting on October 20, 2024, at the Old Dzongkhag DT Hall, get ready to boost your fitness levels with our certified and highly skilled instructor. Trained by the GSA, DYS, and MoESD, our instructor brings professional expertise and a passion for helping you reach your fitness goals.

Aerobic exercises—ranging from lively dancing and jogging to dynamic group workouts—offer many benefits. They enhance cardiovascular health, boost energy levels, and improve mental well-being.

This inclusive program provides a fun and engaging environment where participants from all backgrounds can come together to enhance their fitness, relieve stress, and build endurance. By fostering collaboration among diverse groups, our regular aerobics sessions will not only promote physical wellness but also strengthen community ties, inspiring everyone to stay active, motivated, and connected.
