Wangduephodrang Dzongkhag Administration successfully completed the construction of a new water reservoir, laying of new pipes and installation of six new fire hydrants for Rinchengang Village which was successfully tested and inaugurated on 5th July 2018.
The Dzongkhag Administration would like to thank the Fire Fighting Squad of PHPA and the RBP Wangdue for providing their technical expertise in the overall layout, location of fire hydrants and recommendations of the type of equipments which enabled us to complete the project on time.
Due to the risks posed as a result of clustered settlement in the village, fire disaster preparedness for Rinchengang village had been taken up as a priority project by the Dzongkhag Administration.
