The Chairman and the Executive Committee members of Desuups of Wangdue Phodrang (DOW) warmly welcomed 11 new Desuups from the 37th batch to the DOW fraternity this morning. They were briefed on the protocols of the Wangdue Desuung family, updates on activities and expectations from them as new members of the family.
