The 4th Dzongkhag Tshogdu Session of the Third Local Government for Wangdue Phodrang Dzongkhag was conducted on 9th August 2023. The DT session was graced by Hon’ble Speaker of the National Assembly under the chairmanship of the DT Thrizin.
