Kazhi Primary School under Kazhi gewog, Wangduephodrang Dzongkhag, is located on top of a beautiful sloping hill over viewing Neysho and Phangyul valleys. It is 20 km from Wangdue Phodrang town. A feeder road from Chuzomsa which is enroute to Thimphu- Trongsa high way connects the school.The school was established in the year 2001 and the Tshenye Lopen of the Dratshang Lhengtshog inaugurated it. There were 68 students then of which 39 were boys and 29 girls with two teachers. Mr. At present, the school has 8 teachers (5 male and 3 female) with 170 students ( 84 boys and 86 girls) from classes PP to VI. The school like any other schools in the country works towards achieving Academic Excellency and building up values and skills in students. The school remembers with pride for topping Bhutan in BCSE class III in the year 2013.The school administration also looks after Damchoethang and Donkhobjee ECRs.
