The 7th Session of the Second Local Government Dzongkhag Tshogdu for Wangdue Phodrang Dzongkhag was held today. The Dzongkhag Tshogdu was also graced by the presence of Hon’ble Speaker of National Assembly, Hon’ble Chairman of National Council and Member of Parliament Dasho Kinley Wangchuk as invitee observers.
