Election Commission of Bhutan is pleased to notify all Registered Postal Voters to kindly intimate to the Returning Officer/Postal Ballot Administration Unit for any change in postal address or if he/she wishes not to use the conventional method and instead prefer to bote at a facilitation booth of Convenience.
