The 3rd Quarterly Coordination Meeting (QCM) was held this afternoon, going into the evening.
Besides deliberations on MaX moderation criteria and Staff Welfare Scheme ToR endorsement, two professional development programs were also conducted.
The sessions on Change Management and Mental Health & Wellbeing were held for all officials and staff of the Dzongkhag HQ and GAOs.
QCMs not only provide a platform for all officials to raise issues of concern, find resolution and chart ways forward but also the strong focus on professional development strengthens our efforts at transforming the Dzongkhag Administration into an organisation with vibrant work culture and efficient team, powered by growth mindset.
